Our warm and welcoming front, bright and cheerful in summers, and a glowing beacon in the winter.

Facilities include Room Service, available from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm.

The Reception desk may arrange for theatre and concert tickets, car / limousine rental or babysitting services.

An on-site Business Centre with three computers and a fax machine is available 24 hours a day.

An adjacent underground garage is available, with free parking for guests.

A fitness centre is also available for guests.

Special Transport Service

A transportation pass, which provides free and unlimited use of all of Gwynedd's public transportation systems (bus, train-shuttle to Manchester airport and even boats) during the entire duration of your stay at Generic Hotel will be provided to each guest who books our published rates. This service will also be included in some of Generic Hotel's promotional rates, packages and travel agent rates.

Internet Access

Wireless Internet access is available in the guest rooms and public areas at the Generic Hotel. There are two options available: £10.00 per day or £4.90 every two hours.
